José Gregorio is a partner at Infinity Media serving clients on communications and public affairs strategy.
José Gregorio has over 15 years working at the nexus of business, politics, and media. He served as Senior Business Lawyer at two of the largest law firms in the Dominican Republic: Pellerano & Herrera and Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández.
He has provided legal counsel to the country’s burgeoning tourism industry and maritime clients at E&M International. He currently leads advocacy and regulatory affairs for Philip Morris International, where he serves as Manager of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs for 25 countries throughout the Caribbean market.
José Gregorio is a thought-leader and authority on issues related to business, government, elections, regulatory law, and international trade. He is an active contributor and columnist on TV and Radio and newspapers including: Telesistema 11, Colorvision 9, Telemicro 5, 95.7 FM, 98.5 FM, Listin Diario, Hoy, and El Caribe.
José Gregorio represents multinational corporations and clients at chambers of commerce and industry associations in the Dominican Republic including CONEP, AIRD, ANJE, ASIEX, and AIREN. He spent four years as Executive Director of the country’s United Nations Global Compact Network. He is also Co-Founder of the Dominican Association of Political Consultants (ADCP).
Early in his career, José Gregorio provided legal counsel to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology as well as the President’s Commission on the Millennium Development Goals and Sustainable Development (COPDES) during the Fernandez Administration.
José Gregorio has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He also has a Master Degree in Public Administration Law from the same university. He has completed advanced graduate study at George Washington University in communication, campaigns, strategy, and lobbying.
